ulaterbank anytime - account missing???

hey just loged into ulsterbank anytime to find my account missing

i have 2 accounts 1 student
one normal

i use the student one, the normal one was supposed to be closed but they never done it

yesterday i was on it and both accounts where there
now i log in and the student one is missing???

anyone haveing any issues on the site?? or was there maintenance lately??
just a bit worried as my grant is due to be paid into the student account on friday

might it work still at an atm? i tried sending a small amount of money on paypal and it was declined
im thinking maybe it was fraud protection and the online activity has been disabled??

i tried to re-register the account and was given a message saying we cannot confirm if this account is accessiable online please contact branch, but since its the middle of the night i cant do that

im probly just panicking

any help would be appreciated

got it sorted, they said the online activity was suspicious so put a hold on it
