The Best Price Ideal Home Show Tickets Hunt

I'm definitely going to the ideal home show this year and am looking for the best offer on the tickets.

Normal priced tickets are...
Ticket (Weekday Weekend)
Adult £14 £16

Seniors / Child (10-16) £9 £10

£6 after 5pm
Tickets are just £6 after 5pm every night except the first Friday & last Sunday.

I saw an advert in the metro yesterday for £2 off, but I forgot to take note of the code for the website!
Is there an offer with Oyster cards or anything?

cheers in advance

I've probably posted this in completely the wrong section. Admin? please could you move it to where it's supposed to be? I wasn't really sure.

    Thanks.

I got a free ticket of some description for the ideal home show in my march copy (so february issue) of Real Homes. I'm not going to use it so you can have it if you'd like. I think it gives free entry on a weekday and entry on a weekend for £5. I'll have to check when I get home though.

Let me know if you've still got it and I'll pm you my address. :D

You can get 2 for 1 on the after 5pm tickets on Lastminute.co.uk. Last year they had a 2for1 offer on the midweek tickets but not seen them yet.
  • I followed advice on this forum for getting hold of cheap tickets for the Ideal Home Show from Real Homes magazine and had a very pleasant day there on Friday, last week. Today I found I had won two complimentary tickets via another site also recommended here. Thanks to everyone for your helpful information.

I therefore have two free tickets if anyone is interested?

yes please. how can you send them?
  • Having just spent the full price of admission for me and my 15 yr old daughter - I can honestly say it wasn't worth it this year! If you really want to go, take the 2 for 1 after 5pm offer. We 'completed' the whole show in less than 2 hours and that included queueing for the 3 very disappointing show houses.

Best thing we got was a booklet of vouchers which I have sorted out into those I can use at Tescos for money off!

I seriously wouldn't pay full price for tickets. We went and felt it was a waste of time. Nothing really that we hadn't seen elsewhere and the show homes were v.dissapointing and v.busy.

Buy some nice mags instead and have a trawl on the net:D
