Does anyone know what happens if you return part of an order that you used a promo code on?
Approximate values example: total price £15, £5 discount, amount paid £10. Want to return an item costing £7 on it's own?
Would they refund £7, £2 or somewhere in between?
    Thanks in advance x Looby
  • They will refund the price of the item without discount.
I had an order that came to £15.20 used voucher so down to £10.20. Today I returned item that was £7.99 and got the full amount back so other item only ended up costing £2.21!!:j

They refunded me "somewhere in between". Ordered 3 items and had to return one, so they refunded me for that minus part of the £5 discount.
Lucky if they refund you the whole amount, my staff was on the ball!

Received my parcel today ( the date it was due). I am very pleased with the quality of the items - the red gingham prom dress is gorgeous!

    Tempted to make another order.

Received my order today, lovely clothes many thanks!

But is it just me, or are these clothes running very large!??
I ordered three items for my girl in a size 2-3 years, but there is no way she will fit into any of these soon, they are way too big (and my daughter is rather big for her age - 26 months).

It's not a problem as she can wear them next year.... I just wish I had known this before I placed the order.

I wonder if it is just certain ages i.e toddlers that are a large fit? I ordered shorts, t-shirt and coral playsuit in age 9-10 and they fit my daughter perfectly and she is not quite 9 and slim (although quite tall). Seems a bit hit and miss although the clothes are gorgeous!

In store voucher is on the back of the current nursery offers leaflet/mini catalogue. Available on stands as you go in the door at most argos stores.

Does anyone know if the instore vouchers are still valid? Thanks!

I ordered the denim pinafore dress for my daughter but it was very small, even the size up which I exchanged if for was a bit small... Bit hit and miss on the sizing it seems.
