My delivery didn't show up on the day it was due. I called the next day and the service was somewhat poor (not the advisor's fault, seemed to be constrained by their systems & policies). I therefore asked to speakk to a manager. Was called back shortly after by someone from the "Management Escalations Team" who could not have been more helpful. Agreed & organised a solution & partial refund for goodwill. From my experience, I would suggest that you call them again and ask for a manager. It may help.

Can you use the barcode on the bag to take it back to the store or do you need to get them to pick it up from you- I have a couple of things to go back
