OP - Ignore the PPC, where the landowner has made a small loss (of whatever 1/3 of the displayed hourly rate was), it will most likely be pennies0 -

Hi same here I just received a parking charge from parking eye I parked in farmfoods/lidil/fitness first in ilford, for over 5 hours the first 2 hours are free, as i was at a reception, I came back to the car before the 2 hours and was in the car for a while then returned back to the reception buying a ticket which I still have, obviouly not read signage clearly and left before ticket expired i now have £60 charge if paid by next week or it goes to £90 I have read previous posts should I still ignore this fake invoice only
