Received a demand from a PPC and they know I was the driver ('cos I told them...)

    Will those advising you not to pay be willing to underwrite your losses if you follow their advice and ingnore the charge?

    If they are so sure of their advice, then that should be no problem for them.

    OP - Ignore the PPC, where the landowner has made a small loss (of whatever 1/3 of the displayed hourly rate was), it will most likely be pennies

    Hi same here I just received a parking charge from parking eye I parked in farmfoods/lidil/fitness first in ilford, for over 5 hours the first 2 hours are free, as i was at a reception, I came back to the car before the 2 hours and was in the car for a while then returned back to the reception buying a ticket which I still have, obviouly not read signage clearly and left before ticket expired i now have £60 charge if paid by next week or it goes to £90 I have read previous posts should I still ignore this fake invoice only
