It's easy enough to check: just open 'er up and take a peek inside. Usually however there's only the one inside the PSU doing all the work and those are tricky to replace.0

PSU's shouldn't be opened unless you know exactly what you're doing.0 -

Unless PSU airflow is isolated from that of the rest of the system I'll assume we're talking 'both' until more data becomes available.0
