Selling on Play

Just had a phone call from Play asking if I want to become a trader on their marketplace.
Obviously interested, as who would turn down the chance to increase sales (like our joining of ebid this year and i'm still counting the £2.25 I have made there). Anyway i'm sure a few on here use Play to sell, so good points / bad points of the place and other info would be appreciated. Especially on their customer service side of things
