Panasonic Washing Machine Promotion

Options
I thought I would let anyone know who participated in the Panasonic washing machine promotion to get 180 days of washing powder free of charge when purchasing certain Panasonic washing machines.

Well after a delay of 4 months, numerous let downs from Panasonic and little or no communication and finally being assured of delivery by the 11 May 2012 I had enough and complained.

Wrote an email to Panasonic customer services on 12 May 2012 and received no response. Faxed a copy to them and received no response, posted a copy to see what would happen - nothing.

Called them today and was told (well we tried to call you yesterday - of course they didn't have the intelligence to leave a voice mail message).

You now have to wait until JUNE!

Although they haven't communicated this to anyone, if you telephone customer care they will offer you vouchers at the value of the goods for use in Tesco, Sainsburys or Morrisons.

It has been the worst promotion ever, incapable of communicated to customers let alone supplying them with the actual detergent promised. I didn't realise it was so difficult to find an alternative.

I would not recommend any Panasonic promotion to anyone after the experience I have had, and no doubt countless others.
