1. By entering the free prize draw (the “Prize Draw”) you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. This Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 or over, except for employees of the Arcadia Group and Bhs Limited, their families, agencies or anyone else associated with this Prize Draw.

3. To enter you must log on to https://www.topshop.com/ftbc or download the Topshop mobile app and scan in the QR code provided on flyers. Prize Draw opens on 10 May 2012 and closes on 20 May 2012. Only one entry per person. Topshop does not accept responsibility for network, computer, hardware or software failures of any kind, which may restrict or delay the sending or receipt of your entry. Entries must not be sent in through agents or third parties. Late, incomplete, illegible or defaced entries will not be accepted.

4. By entering this Prize Draw, you agree that your details including your email address may be used to keep you informed about Topshop promotions, products and news. Topshop complies with the standard procedures laid down in the UK Data Protection Act to ensure that the personal information you give us is kept secure and processed fairly and lawfully. We will not share your information with third parties for marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so. 5. The winner will the first entry drawn at random on 27 May 2012. The winner will be notified by email before 31 May 2012. Topshop’s decision will be final and no correspondence will be entered into. There will only be one winner.

6. There is one prize of two general admission tickets to the Lovebox Festival which takes place in London from 15 – 17 June 2012 (“the Prize”). The Prize includes:

a. Two standard train tickets to and from London;
b. Accommodation in a London hotel for two people sharing one double or twin room on 15 and 16 June; and
c. One Topshop voucher worth £250.

7. Train tickets will only be provided if the winner and guest live outside London. Restricted travel dates, times and train stations apply.

8. If the Prize is not claimed within 3 days of the winner being notified, Topshop reserves the right to award the Prize to an alternative winner.

9. Prize is non transferable, non refundable and non negotiable. There is no cash alternative. Topshop reserves the right to substitute the Prize for one of its choosing which has a value the same or greater than the original prize in the event of circumstances outside of its control.


10. By entering the Prize Draw the winner agrees to participate in such promotional activity and material as Topshop may require.

11. Winner’s details will be available for one month after the draw by sending a SAE to Lovebox Festival Topshop Marketing at the address below.

12. Topshop reserves the right to (i) cancel this Prize Draw, (ii) cancel or refuse any individual’s entry and (iii) amend these terms and conditions (and will use reasonable endeavors to notify changes to entrants and potential entrants). These terms and conditions shall be governed by English law and the English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction in the case of a dispute.
