Went into overdraft and repaid same day - show up on credit checks?

Hi all
I've been a bit of an idiot. I recently switched my current account from Halifax Reward to Santander for the in-credit interest. I kept the Halifax open for the £5 reward but left the balance at £1.
I recently had to pay out a cheque and as I hadn't yet requested a chequebook on the Santander, I used the Halifax chequebook and forgot to transfer money over to cover it.
By fortunate chance, I checked my internet banking this morning, saw it, and transferred money over to cover it.
Assuming the tranfer goes through today, as it should, Halifax won't charge me any overdraft charges, but will it appear on my credit report if I repaid it the same day?
I ask because I will be looking to buy a house in a year or two so obviously I need a great credit report (before this it was 999).
On a related subject, will having changed my bank account count against me when applying for a mortgage? I understand they like to see consistency. I do still have the Halifax open. I cycle the £1000 through it each month and work travelling expenses are also paid into it.
Thanks!

Information is sent to the CRAs on a monthly basis. Depending on the exact rules your bank uses you'd be a little unlucky for it to show but it is possible as some count debits immediately but dont count credits until X days after0

If it was on a Santander account, it wouldn't show as the system takes your balance at the close of play that evening as your 'final balance'. So if you went OD and then back into credit on the same day, you wouldn't be charegd for it and it wouldn't show on your CR.0

I doubt very much it will come up on your credit report if you are doing a same day transfer.Grab life by the balls before it grabs you by the neck.0
