Travel Insurance - Rented accommodation limit

Hi all,
I will be staying in rented accommodation for two months in the USA this summer. As part of my rental aggreement, I must have liability insurance for at least $300,000 (about £200,000) for rented accommodation. Of course I could purchase from their "preferred" provider in the USA, but the costs are quite high. I'd rather get coverage as part of a travel insurance policy instead.
I've noticed that every travel insurance policy I search for seems to have a £100,000 upper limit on rented property liability. Does anyone know of a travel insurance provider that provides options for a higher coverage limit?
Cheers,

Which policies have you been looking at? Not seen a single one with a Public/Personal liability section under £1m0

True, the personal liability limit is always above £1m, I've even seen £5m or £10m. But there always seems to be a clause in the policy about a limitation for rented accommodation, and it always seems to be £100,000.0 -
Can you give examples?
Insure&Go and American Express which I quickly glanced at didnt have anything obvious about rented accommodation.0
