Conservatory flashing

No it's not being rude but the flashing on one side of our lean to conservatory has started to leak where it joins the neighbours wall. The roof is polycarbonate and about 5m long.
How do I go about replacing the flashing, is it easy or would it be best to get in the professionals (roofers or conservatory people)? What is the likely cost?
Thanks in advance.

Flashing is normally either the cheap stick-on bitumen based foil, or proper and much more expensive lead.
The cost will depend on what is actually needed, and will range from £20 for a patch and a bit of silicone, to a few £00 for a proper job0
