Hi,
I am doing an online course at the moment. It is a paid for course. Each module allows you to make notes, which I have done extensively. you are allowed to print out your notes, but everytime I try to print, it says 'Internet Explorer has incurred a problem'. I have tried loads of times and it says the same thing. i am going to write down the notes, but I am now worried when I take the final test it will not allow me to print the Certificate. Any ideas please? I have spent literally, hours, on each module, so not sure why this is happening.

Have you tried another browser?. This would eliminate or confirm whether or not the issue is with IE or a wider issue.
Btw, I know that IE 9 running on Vista won't run Facebook. This may be the same issue with your course website.Never Knowingly Understood.
