I need some help please

I want to claim back any PPI I have paid. I sent a letter to my bank along with the statutory £10. Today I received about 10 years worth of bank statements! What do I do next? please. I don't know what I am looking for either. Any advise would be appreciated.

Hi, on your bank statements it should show any DD that you had going out to any finance company or bank, if the account numbers are there then you need to contact the banks concerned and ask if they can find your accounts, if they cannot, maybe these are closed accounts, then you need to Sar the bank for all info they hold on you.
Credit cards will not show on the bank statements unless you paid these by DD, if you find the loan account numbers, it is possible you had a card with that bank and if you did then all the info you request with a Sar should have the Card details there.
