Hiya
Last year on the 5th of may i bought a Razor Naga gaming mouse from Amazon.co.uk.
a few days ago it broke, it has a 2 year manufacturers warranty, so i Emailed Razor and asked what to do.
They went back and forth a few times and in the end, said i need to get a replacement, but because im not in the usa, i should contact the authorized reseller i bought it from to get the replacement sorted out.
So i Emailed Amazon, Explained what had happened, what Razor had told me and they gave me a cookie cutter reply to contact the manufacturer!
So i sent them back a not so nice email asking them to actully read what i had sent and stop wasting time sending me back useles sinfomation!
Now they are telling me it's upto razor to sort out the replacement and razor insist that amazon should be replacing it?!
Who's right who's wrong, what sbould i do next .
I cannot post links, but for warranty infomation it's razorzone com forward slash warranty
Many Thanks in Advance!

whats the fault?
If you are claiming under warranty in the UK then the seller only has to provide support for the first year, as the second is a manufacturer warranty year.
You cannot force Amazon to deal with this issue.
its https://www.razerzone.com/warranty btw...
and on that page it states:
If you are unable to return the Product to the Razer reseller for whatever reason, or if you have purchased the Product directly from Razer at https://www.razerzone.com, then please follow the steps below:
Go to https://www.razersupport.com/email to obtain a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number (“RMA Number”) and Razer support address.
Note the RMA Number in a visible place on the outside of the package.
Enclose a Valid Proof of Purchase and the reason for the return inside the package. Please visit https://www.razerzone.com/warranty for examples of a Valid Proof of Purchase.
Send the Product with RMA Number and Valid Proof of Purchase to the Razer support address provided by Razer customer support.0 -
Yeah i know the webpage it just wouldnt let me post as im a new user
This is a copy paste of what Razor last Emailed me.
We are sorry it sounds like your product may be in need of an exchange.
If your product was purchased within the USA or Canada your reseller should be able to assist you with any return, providing it was purchased less than 30 days ago. If you are outside the 30 days or if you are a Razerzone customer please supply us with the information below and we will further assist you with your exchange.
If you purchased your product from an authorized reseller outside of the USA and Canada, please contact your reseller in regards to your exchange. Authorized Razer resellers outside of the US and Canada will process a warranty claim for the entire duration of your limited warranty and will be the quickest way to obtain your replacement.
To me it sounds as if they have a contract of some sort for company's outside the USA to deal with warranty issues?!0 -
they may, but that would be in extension of the UK law requirements.
I mentioned the web address as you spelt it wrong0 -
So basically, if amazon say no, i can't do anything?
As razor just say it's them i have to deal with as im outside the usa!?0 -
visidigi has already posted an excerpt from their website. Is there anything in those T&Cs which restrict those terms only to USA and Canada? If not then you simply follow the instructions.

Razer say it's amazon as it's outside the usa, amazon tell me it's razor, i can't force anyone to do anything, thats why im asking, i don't know what right's i have in regards to this.
I understand what it says, but if they keep phobbing me off, what else can i do?!0 -
You could try The Better Business Bureau.
A US of A organisation.
A quote from their website...We stand ready to help you resolve a marketplace complaint.0
