Velux Integra (electric) won't open - any ideas?

Hi there,

A few months ago we had a Velux Integra window installed and it has probably be opened/closed about 6 times in that time.

The window is clear from obstruction and was open earlier today but closed automatically when it started to rain. I've just tried to open it again and it made a few noises but didn't open and the remote tells me 'Limited By Unknown Device'.

I have no idea what this means, the manual has no information and even google throws up nothing.

Does anyone know what the hitch might be and how to fix it?

don't worry. probably the rain sensor being sensitive to the conditions. It will always override the opening function of the remote. Try again tomorrow if its not raining.

The manual is useless and I just presumed I'd broken it somehow.
