Andrew Bud and mblox know it's extremely serious to hide the cost of a premium rate service(especially when they are targeted at children). They now know there appears to be a problem with Playrix LLC.

Andrew Bud used to be chairman of PhonepayPlus before he resigned because of non-compliance problems at mblox.

if has you say there was no clear indication of the cost of these 'virtual goods' you are almost certainly due a refund from Playrix LLC.
