Credit card via Moneybookers

in Credit cards
Dear all,
I'm wondering if the financially savvy out there can help me with something. Is there any effect on your consumer right when using a credit card if the payment goes through moneybookers? I may not have worded that quite right but what I mean is do you still have the same kind of protection say, the company goes bust or the items aren't delivered. I'm looking at purchasing from a site that requests customers make payment with a moneybookers account for transactions over a certain value and I'm curious to know if it has positive, negative or no effect on your rights in the event of things going wrong.
Any help appreciated.

As far as I can tell MoneyBookers is a service like Paypal, which means that they are simply performing a money transfer. People have often encountered problems with companies like Paypal and there are arguments as to what services they provide, but it would definitely be more difficult to complete a successful chargeback.
The only upside to Paypal is that they are regulated by the FSA, which does give you better protection in general for money holding and transfers but I don't think it provides any extra purchase cover.0
