Benificail Finance / HFC Bank / Dixons Reatil Ltd

Hi everyone I’m after some help,
In brief I took out a loan with Beneficial finance back in 2066 time with PPI that I believe was mis-sold. That aside I have received the following letter back from HFC Bank regarding my recent PPI Complaint.
Basically they say we value your comment and that we are concerned that I am unhappy with the PPI taken out on my personal a loan. Due to high volume it will be 6 weeks to investigate and they hope to issue a final response with 8 weeks . All okay
You have also refereed to account number *********** within your complaint. Having checked our records i can confirm that this loan agreement was arranged by Dixons Retail Limited. Any associated insurance that may have been set up is the responsibility of the retailer who arranges the loan ( I want to the beneficial finance office to get loan ) . Any queries or complaints with regards to the purchase of PPI policy must therefore be taken up with Dixons Retail Limited.
They then go on to say they will forward my correspondence.
We of course will continue to handle all accounts that relate to HFC Bank. (i have had 2-3 loans form them)
I am confused the account number they say relates to Dixons retail limited, as this is off the paperwork for the £10k loan I had. I’m unsure as to where Dixons retail Limited come into it. I’m just wondering if anyone else come across this. I did once buy a Dyson form Dixons , or am I getting the shop and something else completely confused.
