as a single parent with a kid that has adhd and autism she should be classed a vulnerable

Any letters sent to Equita (recorded delivery) should also be copied and sent to the revenues department of her council (recorded delivery )
inform them that she has a kid with adhd and autism (provide proof doctors letter ECT) inform them them she is on benefits (provide proof) and ask them to return the debt back to the council so deductions can be taken from her benefits
To: Bailiff Company
Date:
Dear Sirs,
Re: Account reference.
I refer to your letter dated (enter date) informing me that your company have been instructed by (enter local authority) to enforce a liability order etc against me, in respect of arrears of council tax.
The purpose of this letter is to advise your company that I may be classed as vulnerable according to The National standards for Enforcement agents
I am an unemployed Single parent with a disabled child adhd and autism proof enclosed
I am in receipt of (income support/jobseekers allowance) and am enclosing as proof, a copy of (payment book/letter from benefits agency.)
I am informed that deductions can be made directly from my benefits to pay my arrears of council tax. This is provided for in the Council Tax (Deductions from Income Support) Regulations 1993.
For this reason, I would like to request that this account be referred back to (local authority) (local authority) so that the relevant forms can be completed.
I am also aware that once deductions are in place, Regulation 52 of The Council Tax (Administration & Enforcement) Regulations 1992 expressly forbids any enforcement action.
As I have now made you aware of (my/our) circumstances, and provided proof, if your company continues with enforcement action, I will consider making a formal complaint about the bailiff’s conduct to the County Court
Could you please confirm safe receipt of this letter, a copy of which is being sent to my local authority.I am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites
If you are in any doubt please seek legal/expert advice help0 -

you should have sent a letter to the council informing them that the vehicles levied do not belong the debtor and sent a copy of your v5 to them
If the levy was valid (cars belong to the debtor) it could also be classed as a excessive levy because the bailiff levied both cars when one would have been enough
please confirm the bailiff is certificated to Equita

DON'T put the bailiffs name on here bailiff company's read these forums and it wont be to hard for them to figure out who the debtor is especially if you post the bailiffs nameI am not an expert I am self taught i have no legal training any information I post is based on my own personal experience and information gained from other web sites

tip of the day to all bailiffs out there.....,
I know you're feeling good about yourself now that you've started to take control of the situation, but my tip of the day as an ex bailiff, would be to remember that bailiffs, courts, councils etc. all know a good deal more about collecting debt than you probably do about owing it.
You'd be a fool to underestimate them, even with our help. There's no "LMAO" or even just a mild "LOL" down that road. Trust me on that.If you don't stand for something, you'll fall for anything0 -

the thing is tho mate she aint refusing to pay it, she dont mind paying the bill off but she cant afford to give him £170 in 1 go, but she has had her tax return form come thru the post today so she is going to see her local counciller to hopefully get the whole thing squashed now she can proove she wasnt earning enough money to pay council tax anyway,0 -
