forgot to notify council about council tax changes - advice!

I thought I would pop back quickly for old times sake for an update.
Alas no to be. Could it be the OP did contact the council and has now been arrested and there is no internet access in the Police cell.
I know council tax evasion can be very serious indeed. A case in point one month in error I underpaid my council by 1p and received not a computer generated letter but an actual typed letter advising me of this amount. They even sent it first class.
I phoned the telephone number on the letter and apologised for this debt
and there reply was we wrote to you because at the end of year you may have been worried about it.
So based on my experience we can only assume the worst has happened.0 -

Indeed. After a great many pennies were discovered to have been underpaid SingleBloke has been processed.
The LA's decision to jail everyone within 3 miles of his postcode that had claimed single person allowance 'incorrectly' (emulating New York's zero tolerance policy to slash crime) has lead to SingleBloke bunking down in his new sleeping quarters:

UPDATE!!!!!
Contaced the council last week, and they said they'd send something out withiun 10 days.
That's It!!
Didn't seem interested, maybe a work experience girl. Anyway, still in limbo waiting for whatever form they send.
