We are currently looking to buy in a similar price bracket. We would prefer the lower price and renovate ourselves - as long as the kitchen & bathroom look clean and livable with. If you have a bigger garden make sure the photos and text emphasize this, if it doesn't look bigger in the photos then viewers will assume the gardens are all the same size. Have you got a floorplan and room sizes on rightmove? Have you got enough pictures? I hate only having a couple of photos, I want to see what the kitchen, bathroom and living space look like. I would also be wary of putting that the house needs modernisation, if everything looks ok except for the kitchen then I would assume there were other problems that I couldn't see.

You could put a link up and get suggestions on how to improve your right move ad.
