You pay to file the claim. AFAIK it is free to download the forms and fill them in. Send a copy of these to 3, as pmduk suggests, stating your intention to file within 14 days and you'll likely find you don't even need to file.

Thanks, that's exactly what I did and intended to suggest. The forms you download are for an online claim, I popped into the court and got the physical forms (free of charge), although I'm sure that doesn't make a difference0 -
cheers peeps

Am doing the online claim form today, just noticed on there when entering the details for who i am claiming from, there is a box which is "Second Defendant", although optional to complete....
Am wondering if to put the Local Three store in that second defendant box ?0 -
HAHA!!
The three store tell me to speak to the repair place, repair place tell me to speak to the three store.......
So no matter what i do, i am still no further forward.
Never done the money claim online before,
Am i right to think, where it asks the value of the claim, i put in the amount + the fee ? (i paid like £50 for the phone, was a special offer at the time).....
So do i put in £75 + interest, as i've been without a phone for 8 weeks now ?0
