Can she keep her stock at my house?

My Wife and I seperated last year after she had an affair. She rented a property and took all the stock for her online business with her and kept it in her new home and her new fellas garage. But recently they split so she had to keep her stock somewhere. It has now found its way in my house. I've asked her to move it but claims as she owns part of the house (equity) she can keep it there and says it will get worse comes Xmas.
Is she right and can I ask her to remove it from my living space? I dont have a garage and would like to keep my bike and other stuff where the stock is.
She is entitled to the equity, I accept. But is she entitled to my living 'space'??
Opinions, please, would be gratefully recieved.:)

If it's half hers. She could move back in if she wanted."If you think it's expensive to hire a professional to do the job, wait until you hire an amateur." -- Red Adair0

So it's jointly owned? Both names on the deeds?
If so, then yes she can use it. In fact, she is within her rights to move back in if she wants. You have no more rights to the property than she does until the divorce and settlement are finalised. Time to get cracking on sorting things out imo.0 -
Is the house owned in joint names?
If so, as part owner she is entitled to come and go as she pleases, to move back in if she wishes, and as a joint owner she is also entitled to store her belongings at the property if she wishes.
The best thing you can do is to either buy her out and have the property transferred to your sole name. Or sell the house, split the equity, and move on with your life.I'm a retired employment solicitor. I think if my wife had left me to run off with some bloke and then dumped the stock back in my house ...I'd be selling the stuff on Ebay by now :cool:It's not just about the money0

She is a reg business seller on ebay right?
Split the living space in half, with a line and ask her to keep her stuff to her side of the line.............
