satnav updates

dont know if this is the right place to post re satnavs but ive a 5 year old navman f20 satnav and it needs updating how do i go about it thanks.

You could try contacting Navman via their website at http://www.navman.com/en-gb/, but I'd just buy a new one. Not only will you get a more up-to-date map, but you'll doubtless get more features. They do sell maps for older models in their online store, but I can't see an f20 listed.
