Morning All (just
) Like DNMS, I too have been MIA although lurking most days, just not enough energy (or MSE things maybe
) to write. Well I need to get my butt in gear. I have just paid just over £3k from my savings for work on my rented house, so want to build this up as quickly as possible, whilst still raising the last (tiny) bit to pay off my final loan. I also need to save like made as in November I'll be going on maternity leave again :j as I have my second baby due 3rd December. I would like to have at least 9 months (off:D) if I can, but as I am the main earner - we need to save like mad between now and then and tighten our belts a little. Anyway enough waffle, list for today:
Work from home, so meals from store and a NSD
Batch cook chilli and spag bol for tea, freeze what we don't eat
had a Mr A shop online for first time at weekend. Am going to plan ahead and book another one with an 8 hour slot so Iget cheap delivery. Shopping most def cheaper
Freeze chicken stock made from carcass in slow cooker
check banking, see if I can PAD to loan
check quidco - due a payment - will move to loan when it arrives
dig out paperwork for a purchase in Jan, which has been declined by quidco to raise a claim
do some washing, dry on airer
sort out more stuff to fleabay, maybe think about listing, unfortunately, sorting is the easy bit :rotfl:.
try and find 3 receipts for £200 for my expenses  if not, will have to submit without and speak to boss, most unlike me am annoyed with myself
see if I can still get baby freebies from websites I signed up for first time round by updating my details for this bump
text friend to day we'll have their sideboard - much cheaper than buying one and arrange a date to meet for a coffee as she has most of my maternity clothes and I'm going to need them soon if I go on at this rate:eek:
Hope you are all ok, missed some of the regulars including, Pixie, Welsh Woofer, Josie (did see a post from you last week I think) and Stitchy. If you're lurking, drop a note to let us know you are ok?
Have a good day:)

Afternoon all!
Thanks to sunshine for starting us off and it sounds like everyone is planning a productive day. I've not been on for about a week - I did 35 hours overtime last week (including sat and sun) although i did lurk a couple of times.
Still working overtime but have handed part of the project over so should keep the boss smiling for a bit.
Not much in the way of mse today:
Charge phone in work
Check online banking (£12.37 OD - must transfer a little out of my ISA)
Keep dreaming about all the stuff I will do with my overtime money
Lunch from home, and dinner from stores. Don't know what yet...
Am looking on ebay for second hand computer bits rather than buying new.:money:
Right must carry on working. There's overtime to be done!!LBM 11/06/2010: DFD 30/04/2013Total repaid: £10,490.310 -
Hi all :j
Today I will/have:
- Walked into work
- Breakfast from stores
- Check bank
- Keep an eye on Ebay Listings
- Lunch from stores
- Drink lots of free tea and water at work
- Walk to the Gym after work? (Sorry if this is TMI but I realised earlier that I havent shaved my legs so the thought of wearing a pair of shorts in public is not one that is filling with me with joy....!!)
- Dinner from stores - Just realised I didnt take sausages out of freezer, will have to re-think original plan! Perhaps I could go home after work on a taking-the-sausages-out-of-the-freezer-and-shaving-my-legs mercy mission? :rotfl:
Thats my lot, Hope you all have a lovely day,

October NSD - 150 -
Today I will:
*Stop [strike]wasting my time[/strike] looking on MSE when I should be working.
*Check my bank account and transfer some money if I need to.
*Check my cash - I withdraw money each month to stop me using my card without thinking about it.
*Check for surveys.
*Call Equifax to get my credit check - £10 cashback through topcashback too. Vague hope of PPI claims.
*Photograph some items for eBay.
I think that's enough to be getting on with. Now to start on the first one...
Have a good afternoon everyone. :beer:Total Debt: £0 [STRIKE]£33,043[/STRIKE]
