ebay full time

  • Hi

Another alternative to Excel is eBay's Selling Manager Pro - we have a part-time business on eBay and for £6 a month its a lifesaver.

It basically replaces 'My eBay', but takes most of the work out of the job. It send automated emails out when people buy something, once they've paid, when you dispatch the item etc., not to mention creates all your invoices (you just have to print them out), leaves +ve feedback when they pay quickly and best of all it keeps a 4 month long record of all of your sales. You can download this as a CSV file every so often (but don't forget like I did, it takes hours doing it manually!) which opens into excel, and it contains details of every transaction ever made.

Give it a whirl, they used to offer a 1 month free trial. http://pages.ebay.co.uk/selling_manager_pro/

    Cheers!

    Hi Yoshii
    I sell childrens clothes,
the web address is www.kidzrags.co.uk and has been mentioned on the shop but dont drop board. I also sell on ebay but mainly use this as a tool to promote business to the website. I must admit that I dont do ebay or my site full time as I have a full time job but if things took off it would be nice though. I work shifts so manage to fit the site/ebay around this. Its pretty easy to sell items on ebay and once you get the hang of it its very quick to do, main thing is sourcing stock and pricing it so it will sell but not make a loss.
