Please common and advice!
I have signed up orange broadband with anytime landline calls package.
Term & condition in small print as follow
Inclusive calls are to UK landlines starting with 01, 02, 03, 0845 and 0870 using your landline at anytime. You can call for up to one hour, redial as often as you like and calls are subject to our fair use policy of 1000 minutes a month. If you go over that amount we reserve the right to monitor your usage and/or suspend or terminate your service. We will give you reasonable notice of our intention to suspend or terminate the service and give you the opportunity to reduce your usage.
1000 mins a month = 33.33mins a day
As far as I know you can not check your usage for landline calls especially when they are free of charge. They only list the details for the calls which is not include in the plan. Even though you can see the usage, it will be availble at the end of the month (ie when your statement is available).
Although T & C said they will give reasonable notice .... however if they can't provide customer a method to monitor the usage then to my point of view it is unfair.
Can you really say 1000mins is fair use?
Can I say it is missleading information? If so how / where can I raise a complaint?
Many thanks

Yes. It's their T&Cs that you signed up to.

You've read this in the contract, how is that miss leading?
You can keep track of usage.
Calls made/ duration/ etc appear in your on-line account within a few hours.
