Vauxhall Horn not working
I got in touch with Vauxhall reference my horn not working. It was one of the vehicles recalled for the CIM. I was told to take it along to my local Vauxhall garage to get an inspection done if it is the CIM Vauxhall would pay for the repair. My car has an intermittent fault on the CIM so they got in touch with Vauxhall to see if they would repair it and they rejected it. So the garage is putting in another request to Vauxhall again but i have to wait for 2 days to find out if they are going to pay for it. Has anyone else had any problems with the CIM having an intermittent fault? Not sure what to do if Vauxhall reject it again.

Normally the fix for the recall is to add a clip to hold some wires as a preventative measure.
If the clip was late being put on the damage may have been done already.
Vauxhall should really be replacing the loom as the damage was caused before they got the recall letter to you.
