Try the "Wine Society " at Steveneage.
You need to buy one share which lasts a lifetime. about20 GBP last time I looked.
All profits are returned to investments for the members.
They can recommend and store wine ( currently 25p a bottle a year )
They have advisors who are happy to make recommendations, especially if you want to take a punt on a vintage year, region, grape etc.
Laid down a dozen bottles of Bordeaux a few years back, cost 220 GBP, current estimate about 170 per bottle and still drinkable.
They will not sell for you but can give you an idea of what it might be worth. Worse case it will be drunk in the next few years.
Loads of selections and run by professionals who know hat they are doing, and you are not forced to buy anything.
Visit the warehouse in Stevenage and they have great selections from a few pounds to 100s0
