They have advisors who are happy to make recommendations,especially if you want to take a punt on a vintage year, region, grape etc.
Laid down a dozen bottles of Bordeaux a few years back, cost 220 GBP, current estimate about 170 per bottle and still drinkable.
They will not sell for you but can give you an idea of what it might be worth. Worse case it will be drunk in the next few years.
