Fixing window hinges

Hi all.

I have a few windows where the hinges seem to be on their way out as the windows dont full close anymore allowing slight draught. theres also a bit of wobble when they close and so on.

one window is on the 3rd floor and the other is on the 4th floor...so quite high up. If i were to get someone in to replace the hinges would it be possible from within the building.

the glass panes can only be removed externally (dont know why it was done like this on such a high floor) dont know if this will affect what I want doing?

out of curiosity is it easy to DIY a job like this?

thanks

You need to specify what type of windows/hinges you're talking about!

But yes - unless the openers are significantly big you should be able to do it from the inside.
