Does anyone know what kind of mould this is? The house is only 7 years old, and not damp and have no mould or damp anywhere else? Is it a simple condensation problem or do you think i need to call someone?
Also there is no shower in there, its just a toilet.

you need to improve ventilation and then you could paint it with zinsser perma gaurd http://www.zinsseruk.com/shop/Product.aspx?cId=128&pgId=377
this will prevent mould from reappearing for up to 5 years , obviously you will have to remove the existing mould first0
