cleaning a George foreman grill

I was wondering, what would be the best way to clean these grills. Any advice tips welcome-Thanks.

    I wipe mine down with a damp sponge everytime I use it , it works for us.. I've never had to actually 'clean' it. I stick the fat tray in the dishwasher.. sorry not much help if yours is very dirty.

    Tenth Anniversary Combo Breaker
    A couple of sheets of kitchen towel with some cooking oil wipes away any burnt on food and retains the non-stick surface.
    Everyone is entitled to my opinion!

    Immediately after cooking, I put a couple of sheets of damp kitchen roll onto grill, close the lid..2 mins later just wipe with kitchen roll, lifts away stains and marks without scrubbing
