I'm a regular forum reader and poster. I have read the above stickies and the above name isn't on the list - anyone heard of them?
My sister has a 'Parking Ticket' from them. someone, I dont know who
parked her car in a park in Falmouth and have sent a notice for £80 standard charge. It says the usual pay within 14 days or it rises to £100 failing that they will contact DVLA yadder, yadder, yadder.
btw, they have a logo on the 'ticket' saying they are BPA approved, not that the endorsment means diddly squat I know!

What did the driver allegedly do wrong to cause the issue of this charge?0

They're well known.
As give them FA says, let us know what the 'transgression' was.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
Yeah -They have cropped-up plenty of times here before. Just ignore.
IIRC they did take somebody to court once and got their backside handed to them, so it is highly unlikely they would risk that again.

Heinous!!
All they legally owe is 10 mins worth of parking charges.
Certainly not the dreamt up £80 they are trying to scam your sister for.
Ignore them, and do not contact them at all.Je Suis Cecil.0 -
I concur. Spend the money on a new watch for the driver, though.0
