Threatened with some charges for refusing to pay

    I sent a detailed letter of complaint to the broker and copied it to the insurance company only last week and yesterday got a courtesy call saying that they have waived the cancellation fees and were going to refund me part of the payments I had made.I was generally happy with that but afterwards thinking about that treatment I was angered by their arrogance.At least I did not have to pay any of their exorbitant fees.

    get them to confirm that the policy has been "uncancelled" and CUE updated to that effect
