A Barenaked dilemma

This might sound trivial, but I just wanted some advice...

Barenaked Ladies are in the UK on tour at the moment, and are playing in Cambridge on April 22nd. Tickets are £22.50. Now, I really HATE spending money on things I don't need, as I'm a committed DFW, but then again they are a band I quite like...

To go, or not to go?

THis type of thing doesnt come around often. its now or never and you deserve the reward for all thew money saving you have done.

Ok, The challenge if you choose to except it is to make £22.50 in income over the next 4 weeks what will cancel the payment out for this event.

Ebay, Carboot, Pigsback, anything. what do you think ;)

In 1986 (I am that old!) Queen were playing Knebworth, I didn't go, thinking it was a fair bit of money, travel etc, and I thought 'I'll go next time'... Sadly, Queen never toured again. I say if you really like them go. I did see Queen in 1984, and I am so glad that I at least saw them, but never think you might have another opportunity to do something you really want to do, so long as you can afford it. I remember from your previous posts that you are doing really well, so I'd say treat yourself.

Well, I have a very very eclectic taste in music, so I can't say I 'love' any particular band... Then again, John Otway is due to play in Aylesbury within the next couple of months and I'm going to have to go to that...

I say go. You have to give yourself a break every now and again otherwise you end up forgetting about life and wind up wondering why you're bothering so much in the first place.

Remember to get your tickets through pigsback (ticketmaster) or if you use lightspeed you could always get a see tickets voucher for your troubles.
