Booking a holiday....

Just wondering if anyone has booked their holiday with bookableholidays.co.uk before?

I've found a holiday for a good price on their website but after looking at reviews for the company there was quite a lot of bad ones saying that they would often get names wrong, cancel hotels last minute and not respond to emails/phone calls etc.

Now I know a lot of people tend to only review companies when they've had a bad experience so was wondering if anyone had had a good experience with this company before?
