Balance transferring 3 other Credit Cards

Me and the missus have 3 Credit Cards between us, totaling around £3850. And we're being absolutely hammered on interest.
I have my eye on the Halifax 22month 0% balance transfer, and my question is would we be able to consolidate the 3 cards onto this one card?
Is there some sort of preset credit limit?
I seem to fit the critiea it asks on Halifax's homepage and was just looking to get a bit of a heads up on how to approach this.
Cheers.

The amount you get will vary from person to person, could you and your wife apply fro a 0% card each to balance transfer? when you have balanced transferred, i would cancel your old cards.0

I second what mull has said. Try and apply for one each, therefore spreading the cost over two cards...and then cancel the other accounts.0
