So you took out finance plus some cover for damage to seating covers etc correct ?

    A valuation for what ?

    Why take further action ?

    Whats happened ?

Think a bit of information is missing as i cant understand what your getting at.

I think the OP is getting at the fact that they have to get rid of the car as the payments on it mean that they don't meet the affordability requirements for a mortgage.

As for the cover, etc, I'm not sure as I have no experience in this HOWEVER, I was under the impression that most places wouldn't dream of buying a car that still had finance left to pay on it

I would think that you would have no refund on the extra package, to be honest. It's a one-off cost to cover various things - it's not the car dealer's fault that you have to return the car, and as far as they're concerned, the cover will cover you for any damage up to when you return the car.

You can always ask - worst they can say is no!
