I have prepared a letter now, am I ok to post it up here or could that 'incriminate' me, as the registered keeper?

The Magistrates Blog is a nice legalese template for a reply to a PPC!

Or just send them a printout of just this article and a post it note attached with a big smiley face saying 'go swivel' or summat:

And as the registered keeper you can't be responsible for this matter as it occurred before the Freedoms Act in October takes away our right to silence over who was driving. You are safe to send them whatever you like without naming the driver.
    :D
PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).

I would wait until they suss out that you are just taking the mickey! And then put it all up so we can have a good laugh. If you post it up here they are likely to see it and you will give the game away immediately!

Well I've now received a reply. :D The usual 'appeal rejected' nonsense, and the CPS v Thomas case.

Rather delighted that they have spent money receiving and replying to my letter. Now onto the next...

    What was your "crime" anyway?

I'm guessing you overstayed your welcome at some retail park.

They allege that a vehicle registered to me overstayed in a free car park.

If so, then you are that car park's answer to Anders Breivik. :)
The acquisition of wealth is no longer the driving force in my life. :)
