Accident abroad

Hi all
Can anyone advise about claiming for personal injury from travel companies? i had a bad accident skiing in Bulgaria and broke my femur, my travel insurance company repatriated me but i am going to have to change my car to an automatic, have been off work 4 months and am still only able to walk with crutches, can i make a claim under the personal accident section? The reason i ask is the policy says i am covered for up to £25,000 of personal accident cover but in the text only mentions death, loss of limb or permanent disablement ?

It's all dependent on your insurer and the level of cover you purchased.

Has a doctor certified you as 'permanently disabled'?

The travel company was not at fault, so there is no sense in even thinking about suing them. Check your insurance policy very carefully: perhaps pay a lawyer to go through all the small print and find out what you can claim.
