Sorry if this has been asked already, I did look down a few pages to see.

So can I ask would you recommend it

Hi, I haven't got one but a friend of mine has and love it, but you will have to shop around for the best buy.
Treat other's how you like to be treated.

The Karcher doesn't clean the glass - merely vacuums the water/soapsuds from it - still requires elbow grease!

I have no problem cleaning the glass, and more than happy to use 'elbow grease' But I can't seem to get rid of the streaks, so if a karcher would help with that then I would be more than happy

You dont need one, bucket with water add some washing up liquid or spray bottle water, 1/3 of white vinegar dash of washing up liquid. A decent wiper thing and micro fibre cloth, its best to clean windows on a cloudy day not full sun if you can. No need for £50 Karcher

    The Karcher is excellent.
I just rub the window over with a dripping-wet sponge and then use the machine.

It's quick, easy and does not leave streaks if you use it in vertical or horizontal strokes and make each pass slightly overlap the previous one.

I usually just rub a pad of kitchen towel round the edges of the glass to mop up any drops that have escaped, but there are very few.
