Hyperlink to another cell within Google spreadsheets

In Excel you can add hyperlinks to other cells within a workbook, either on the same sheet or another.
Anyone know if this can be done in a Google spreadsheet (and if so how?)
I can copy the spreadsheet URL but this will only link the first cell on a sheet. Found ways to display internal & external references & link to web pages but nothing for internal links.

Just some spammer trying to get their post count up then.
Hopefully I've found a workaround.0
