Me too had trouble with this tv twice now my sound has gone ...First time was a few months back i phoned the helpline number they told me to redo installation from the beginning and i had sound again ... Today it happened again. Dont know why this happens i reset again as if it was the first installation again i now have sound again....Bit annoying having to do it again, hope it doesn't anymore:mad:

Hi all,

This just happened to me. 40 inch Clecus TV, 7 months old.

Was happily watching the football, turned it off to eat dinner, came back no sound.

I too went through to retune the TV, following advice on here, and did a full retune - 'first time installation' and bingo, worked fine. So if it happens to you then do that.

Just as well, as I've missed placed the receipt...

The Celsus 42" TV seems to be a manufacturing problem regarding the volume stop working. We've had this tv for a year and 2mths and it just stopped. Really ridiculous,
Thanks for the advice and will re install/'first time reset'.
Of course receipt has been misplaced!!!!
