This sounds like rubbish - estate agent mortgage broker???

You need both of your reports from Experian, Equifax and Call Credit and then get someone qualified to look over them.

There will be and almost always is an answer.

Presume 3rd lender is Aldermore, which is probably the one who gave the broker the information...

    Great shout x2.

Aye - Although I am still surprised at some of the crazy things people get told by "brokers/advisers"

Forget this Estate Agent broker, get a sensible broker and they will resolve this for you.

Failing that send all 3 of your credit files to any one of the brokers on here and sure they will spend 10 minutes to identify the issue for you...

Please do not wait for the rubbish your current broker is telling you, they will not get any decision overturned...

OP are you aged 25 or over? Aldermore have a minimum age of 25 for First Time Buyers. Wonering if the broker has messed up and given a !!!! and bull excuse for the decline.

British Gas show up on my CallCredit report but not Equifax or Experian.

It may be that there are other utility companies that register only on CallCredit.

You can check instantly for free on https://www.noddle.co.uk

    Good luck
