Amazon - effortless customer service

Has anyone else had something go missing in the post from Amazon? I have found it so remarkably easy to speak to them and get the problem resolved, i was really surprised when i thought it might be a huge hassle. Definitely worth some praise!

Yep, I use them a lot and if ever anything has gone missing they have instantly offered a refund or replacement.

The only time I have ever had a problem with an order the CS was absolutely useless, stock answer "we will refund". Then refused to refund because the item sent back was not the item on the order ..... der ...... that is why it was being sent back. No help in getting the christmas present sorted when they had the individual items from the set in stock.

Yes, and so completely different to to the abysmal service at fleabay/paypal.

Nothing missing in post but received a second hand CD in unusable condition. Return was very easy and uncomplicated and refund was as quick as it could be. Good customer service.

I bought 10 G clamps //One got delivered ..The rest are on their way and have been in a distribution centre in Crewe for ages ..like well over a month..Amazon have sent them ..But I haven't got them.

I orderd 10 before this and not even one turned up.

Yes I had a few things get lost over Christmas and they send replacements with a free upgrade to first class as well, excellent service :-)
