As you have arrears on the last loan, there is every possibility that any redress will go to the arrears, if this redress clears the last loan and there is any left then it comes to you.

When they redress they will give you the calculations as to how they worked this out, if you post the calcs on here if you win, someone will let you know if they have done this right.

Hi hoping u can help me out i phoned rbs and spoke to one of there advisors and told them about my complaint and my reasons i also wrote a letter to manchester with the 6 loan accounts and days they were opened and i know i had ppi with them all as i lost my job for a very short period and had to check it out and realised i was covered and realised i had it with them all without agreeing or actually knowing i got a letter back today from rbs saying we are currently unable to progress matters as we require specific reasons for complaint please advise us of the exact reason or reasons why the policy was mis-sold. im really worried about this as i should be looking at a tidy sum which will change my life and worried they are trying to get out of paying me what is rightfully mine they also said please provide the requested information and we will be happy to review ur complaint i need this sorted quite quickly as in need of the money badly and worried they arent gonna pay or do u think they are just putting of time any suggestions to help me in my reply

Yes i do i was told to take the ppi as would have a better chance of getting the loans as my credit rating wasnt brilliant therefore its should be classed as mis sold do u think that will be a good enough reason for them to payout and get the money that is rightfully mine
