Equifax have no records of me at my address

I received my credit report from Equifax which simply states 'We have no data for you at this address'.
I have lived at my address for 20 years and have several credit cards, and a couple of bank accounts. I was recently turned down from getting a mobile phone which is why I asked for the credit report.
Experian does have my details and I have an excellent credit rating.
What should I do?

Hello, I have a similar problem with Equifax. My experian report is 20 pages long. My equifax is less than half this because lots of my accounts are missing.
My address is Flat 1/1, 1047B Main Road. Some of my accounts are held at 1047B Main Road. Some are held at Flat 1/1 1047B Main Road.
Equifax only list the ones held at Flat 1/1 1047B Main Road. When I called them, an operator in the far east told me to complete an A4 form which she emailed me, with the details of each account (14 accounts) and also send in copies of an account statement for the missing accounts. So I would have to fill in 14 forms with proof of each account.
Now there is no way I am going to do this. I asked why if Experian's systems can recognise the variation of the address and match it to me, why they cannot.
She told me that if I want the investigation, then this is what is required. The thing is, if I apply for credit, the only way I get accepted is to say I stay at Flat B11 1047 Main Road.
This is so it matches what is on the electoral roll information from city council. Even though it is not technically the correct address.
So Equifax are hopeless in my opinion. Their system is not the same as Experian and they expect the consumer to do all the hard work.
Not sure if that helps you any and good luck. Also can you post back and let me know how you get on.
Bye for now.0
