Morecambe - A good chippy please

Hello.
Can anyone please recommend a good chippy or place to eat in Morecambe?
We are having a ride up there next week.

I've looked online and can't seem to find much

Try the Toby Carvery. It's on the way in from Lancaster.

Atkinsons just off the Marine Parade/Road?, went there twice in a week cos it was fresh and hot, and I'm not really a chippy fan so it must be good :D

Agree with LindaMary the Toby was good too, plentiful and cheap, and not rushed. The only thing we found is it's a way back from the seafront/shopping area so you'd really need a car.

If you had a car I would have recommended the Dog & Partridge in Bare. But as you don't you could try the Station Pub on the seafront right in the Middle of Morecambe, very good value:beer:

Some great suggestions. If you're on a coach trip I don't think the Toby Carvery or the Dog & Partridge will be close enough for you.
Could try The Palatine Hotel, on the prom at the top of Queen's Street.
If you've got a few quid try the Art-decor Midland Hotel on the prom. It's opposite the Old Train Station, you can't miss it.
They do decent meals at the King's Arms on the prom, almost opposite Eric Morecambe's statue. Your feet might stick to the carpet though!
If the Indoor Market is on, there's places in there for a coffee and snack.
Wetherespoons (The Eric Bartholemew) on Euston Road is alright.
Nice cafe at the seaward-end of the Stone Jetty.
Another popular cafe is at the western end of the prom by the Battery, great views out to the Bay.
If you fancy a pint try The Tivoli, right opposite Eric's statue on the prom. Usually full of salt of the earth types, who went to Morecambe for the day and never left!
Take something warm to wear, and a brolly.:)

...lovely fresh, but they ain't much cop after freezing them. I prefer Thirlwell's on Yorkshire Street (behind the West End prom).
