Hi
So I had the paypal mastercard which apparently has ceased to exist but have received a partial refund to the card for an item I bought. I have received a statement through the post from santander that I am roughly £18 in the credit. Is it possible to withdraw this? Can I still use my paypal credit card online and use up some of this balance I have?
Thanks

You're thinking of the Paypal Access card which is a debit mastercard linked to a Paypal account. The OP is referring to the now defunct Paypal Mastercard credit card issued by Santander. OP call Santander and I am sure they can either send you a cheque or transfer it to your Bank Account via BACS or Faster Payments.0
